    We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Business Coordinator who can bring structure, order and clear communication to our growing operation.

    📝 About us the Role

    The role is designed to support the owner of Online is Easy by streamlining internal processes, managing communication, and coordinating task flow between clients, contractors, and tech platforms. You will be the bridge between our business systems and the people who rely on them.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Managing Google Workspace and domain name subscriptions

    • Monitoring inboxes and responding or escalating support/admin queries

    • Organising tasks and tracking job priorities using our internal tools (e.g., Toggl)

    • Assisting with client onboarding and communication

    • Helping manage freelancer briefs and contractor support

    • Keeping records, subscriptions, and portals accurate and up to date

    • Light accounts admin tasks such as sending invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts

    This is not an entry-level role: we need someone who is confident juggling multiple tasks, following up with stakeholders, and keeping things moving behind the scenes.

    🎯 To be Successful in this Role, You will have:

    • Solid experience in business coordination, administration, and operation

    • Strong organisational and time management skills

    • Good people skills and the ability to manage your own calendar.

    • Excellent written communication and attention to detail

    • Technical confidence and the desire to learn new technology (especially Google Workspace & Gemini AI)

    • Ability to work independently and stay on top of follow-ups

    • Comfortable working in hybrid environment: in-office, remotely, and the possibility of away work

    Bonus points for:

    • Experience in a digital marketing or IT business and/or skills with Google Workspace + Gemini AI, Squarespace CMS, domain name management, and SEO tools.

    • An understanding of cloud computing and SaaS

    • A background in supporting small business clients or freelance teams

    • Familiarity with digital content formatting, file management, or simple online tasks

    Review the Position Description: Business Coordinator PD

  • This is a contract remote role for a Google Certified Professional Google Workspace Administrator. As a Professional Google Workspace Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our Google Workspace environment for our clients. This includes setting up accounts, managing user access, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of Google Workspace applications that we support as a Google Workspace Reseller.

    You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide efficient solutions. This is a dynamic role that requires strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. We have been in business for 10 years and have experienced significant growth over the last few months.

    We aim to fill a permanent position in the near future, this job posting is to fill the gap as we grow and you may also be guiding and helping our new team.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Google Workspace Administrator or similar role

    • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides

    • Experience with account and user management in Google Workspace

    • Understanding of Google Workspace security and compliance practices

    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Google Workspace

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills

    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment

    • Google Certified Professional Google Workspace Administrator is required.

    • Other Google certifications are a plus.

    The ideal candidate has Google Certified Professional Google Workspace Administrator and has kept it updated within the last 12 months and has at least 3+ years of industry experience, including 1+ years designing and managing solutions using Google Cloud and/or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Are you a passionate web designer who loves the elegance and power of Squarespace? If you have a keen eye for design and a knack for transforming ideas into beautiful, functional websites, we'd love to hear from you!

    What you'll bring:

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing websites on Squarespace 7.1.

    • Ability to utilize CSS/HTML for custom styling, ensuring distinctive and personalized web experiences.

    • A strong portfolio showcasing clean, user-centric Squarespace designs.

    • Bonus points for experience integrating Squarespace add-ons like Scheduling, Ecommerce, Courses, Memberships, or Email Marketing.

    • Squarespace certifications are a definite plus!

    • A proven reliability in meeting deadlines and fulfilling expectations.
