On the day of the workshop:
Bring your laptop and charger, we will provide high speed internet. If you would like to hire a laptop for the day, let us know by ticking the appropriate box in your registration. Tablets and phones are not suitable.
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided. Following the workshop you are invited to join us for a celebratory drink to toast the launch of your new website and to network with your fellow participants.
Your course cost covers your 1:1 guided preparation, on day training, our technical prework on your site and catering.
In addition, you will need to pay for the following four third party subscriptions / fees to manage your website professionally and to meet best practice in Australia.
The four required digital assets:
Custom domain name registration is $19.09+GST per annum for a .com.au - transferring an existing .au domain to Online is Easy is free and domain support is free, but it may need to be renewed if there’s less than 3 months left before the domain expires. All .au domains are registered and renewed biannually in your name and directly to your credit card. Staying with another DNS host provider incurs an addition $75+GST setup charge and ongoing support is charged at an hourly rate. Different types of Top Level Domain (TLD) prices vary and you can check them here - you will be guided again during your preparation.
G Suite basic plans start at $100.80+GST per email address / per annum and give you a secure, SPAM filtered custom email account including 30 GB cloud storage, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Forms. As Online is Easy is a Google Partner and G Suite Reseller, we offer our clients a 5% discount and free G Suite Admin support.
Squarespace business plans start at $300+GST per annum before discounts based on a 12 month subscription. Squarespace is billed directly to your credit card. As an Authorised Trainer we offer you a 20% discount off the retail rate via a discount code for your first year.
Website legal notices are not only best practice for risk management but they are also a consumer law requirement. We’ve partnered with a full-service Australian owned and run law firm specialising in online business that is an Incorporated Legal Practice (ILP) registered with ASIC and regulated by the Office of the Legal Services Commissioner. For a once off payment of $159+GST your business receives the following items tailored for your business:

The way that we work gives you 100% control of your digital assets. The accounts are set up in your name. No commissions are added by us and fees are charged directly to your credit card. Some international services are GST out of scope and/or depend on the GST registration status of your business. All prices in this section exclude GST so you can compare with the retail prices listed on international websites. Prices are the same or cheaper than most other sites.
If you select the above options, your annual 3rd party subscription spend from the second year of business will be approx. $420+GST
