Payment for Level 2 Technical Support. Domain issues. Google Workspace. Security. Our Tier 2 Tech Support rate is AUD$110 per hour billed in 15 minute increment blocks.
This rate is not for Digital Strategy, Training, Web Design or Consulting. All prices include GST and are in AUD$. Service is strictly billed in 15 min intervals (see below).
